MOVE! Coach Mobile is a weight loss application designed for Veterans, service members, their families, and individuals seeking to achieve weight loss goals. This comprehensive 16-week program offers a user-friendly and convenient approach to successful weight management through educational resources and practical tools. Users can easily monitor, track, and receive feedback on their progress regarding weight, diet, and exercise objectives.

Key Features:

• Self-Management Modules – Weekly modules provide users with a variety of effective strategies for weight management success. These modules include informative videos, worksheets, games, and other engaging tools.
• Tracker – This feature allows users to track their weight daily, set achievable weight loss goals and SMART goals, and access progress reports and summaries.
• Tools – Users can utilize helpful calculation tools and stress management resources provided within the app.
• Support – MOVE! Coach Mobile assists users in identifying available support systems and resources that contribute to successful weight loss.

This application offers standalone functionality; however, enhanced benefits can be achieved when used alongside treatment from healthcare providers and by tracking health and fitness activity using third-party HealthKit compatible apps. If you're just getting started, MOVE! Coach can seamlessly access your existing HealthKit height and weight data, ensuring a synchronized progress recording of weight entries with Apple's Health app.
